0.11.1 — the order under the text
02:50 — one sentence of request, one line of change

Text: Kolofon
A change the size of one line, but with a reason worth recording so that nobody moves it back without one.
Under the text of an entry three things now stand in order: **the poll, the rating, the comments**. That is the order from the cheapest gesture to the most expensive. Clicking yes or no costs nothing. A star requires a judgement. A comment requires an opinion of your own and the nerve to sign it.
Each earlier step makes the next one easier — someone who has answered three questions is already in the conversation and will more readily write a sentence of their own. The reverse order puts the highest threshold first.
The reason sits in a comment in the code, not only here. An order of elements looks accidental until somebody writes down why it is what it is.
